Rules and Regulations:
The Bradley Fair eNews Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BF Owner, L.L.C. (the “Center”). On each of the drawing dates set forth below, the Center will randomly select four (4) winners, via computer, from among all eligible individuals. The drawings will be held on November 30, 2011, December 30, 2011, January 31, 2012, February 29, 2012, March 30, 2012 and April 30, 2012. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility for the Sweepstakes will be separately determined for each of the drawings. All individuals who have signed up for the Bradley Fair eNews with a valid e-mail address as of 10:00 A.M. C.S.T. on the date of the applicable drawing will be eligible for that drawing.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. By participating and/or accepting the prize, the entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Center which are final and binding in all respects. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
To enter, entrants must complete the electronic sign-up to receive Bradley Fair eNews at http://bradleyfair.com/updates.html. If an entrant is already registered to receive Bradley Fair eNews, it is not necessary to re-register in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Entrant’s e-mail address must be valid and working on the date of the drawing to be eligible.
All winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winner will be notified within five (5) days of selection via e-mail. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification.
Each prize will be a $25.00 Bradley Fair Gift Card. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by the Center, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Center’s use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
By receipt of prize, winner agrees that the Center, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and the agents, employees directors and officers of these companies, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, procession or use or misuse of any prize or from winner’s participation in Sweepstakes.
The Center is not responsible for: 1) Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Sweepstakes, 2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or processing of entries, 3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, or 4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or part, from entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the slated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding or programming or any other reasons cause more than the slated number of prizes as set forth by these Official Rules, the Center reserves the right to award only the slated number of awards by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. The Center reserves the right to correct typographical, printing or clerical errors in any Sweepstakes materials.
