FRANCESCA'S COLLECTIONS COMING TO BRADLEY FAIR
GENEVIEVE G TO MOVE SHOE BOUTIQUE TO BRICK'S

(WICHITA, KS) - Laham Development has announced that Francesca's Collections will open a new boutique in the Wichita lifestyle center, Bradley Fair. The 2,100 square-foot boutique will open in the space currently occupied by Genevieve G Shoes. The boutique will open in August 2009; the arrival of Francesca's Collections brings the center to 52 stores and restaurants.

"We have been interested in opening a Francesca's Collections in Wichita," commented Clary Groen, Director of Real Estate. "The quality of stores and restaurants in Bradley Fair is impressive. This tenant mix is exactly what we look for in a location and we feel that we will complement the existing stores."

Francesca's Collections specializes in fashion-forward styles in women's clothing, jewelry, and gifts. Since opening its first boutique in 1999, Francesca's Collections has become one of the fastest growing women's fashion retailers, with stores in over 27 states. The boutique will resemble a treasure chest overflowing with desired items from all over the world. Each Francesca's boutique has its own unique charm, designed to complement the individual location. Francesca's has been featured on the Today Show and in Glamour and Teen Vogue magazines.

The Francesca's Collections boutique opening coincides with the announcement by Genevieve G Shoes that the store will become a boutique, located within the Brick's men's and women's clothing store at Bradley Fair.

"The decision to relocate our shoe store was based on enhancing customer service and convenience," said Genevieve Gordon, owner. "Our customers will now be able to choose apparel and shoes in one location," Gordon continued. "So many of our customers combine shoes with their clothing choices; with Genevieve G and Brick's together, they will have the advantage of selecting from all of our merchandise." Genevieve G shoes will open in Brick's this coming week.

The most recent addition to Bradley Fair, the 3,500 square foot Il Vicino restaurant will open in August 2009. Il Vicino will feature an outdoor dining patio, surrounded by Tuscan style planters, to compliment the casual Italian ambiance of the interior design. The restaurant will seat up to 100 people, with seating for 70 inside and another 30 on the patio.

Bradley Fair offers a scenic open-air Plaza area, overlooking Bradley Fair Lake, where outdoor summer concerts are held. Bradley Fair is currently celebrating its 10th year of providing free summer concerts to the community.

Christi Royse of J.P. Weigand & Sons handled the transaction for Bradley Fair.
